Five commitments about your data
These are in our terms, not just on this page. If any of them ever stops being true, that is a reason to leave and we would deserve it.
- Your client list is yours. Not ours, and not a marketplace’s
- You can export everything whenever you like — clients, trips, payments, history — including on the way out
- We never sell, rent, or share your client data, and we do not market to your clients
- They book with you, in your brand, at your price. We are never between you and your client
- No long-term lock-in. If we stop being worth keeping, you leave and take everything

Your money, and your data
Stripe holds the money, not us
Payments run through Stripe Connect on your own connected account, and funds settle to your bank on Stripe’s schedule. We are not a stop along the way, and we do not take a share of your card fees.
Encrypted, and access is scoped
Everything moves over TLS and is encrypted where it is stored. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Internally, access to your data is limited to the people supporting you and is logged.
Exportable at any time
You are the controller of your client records; we process them on your behalf. Every export is a download, not a support ticket, and deletion requests you receive, we honour.
If we disappeared tomorrow
Your Stripe account and its balance are yours and independent of us, and your data is exportable at any time. That is deliberate — a vendor should not be a single point of failure for your season.
what we do not claim yet
Certifications
We are not going to put a compliance badge on this page that we cannot hand you a report for. If you need a security review, a questionnaire completed, or documentation for your insurer, ask us and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot provide today.
